The Ocean City boardwalk project is a 2 year project but the south end is already looking great. The North end is getting there too, but they still have a few streets to go.

The High Tide Music Festival is showing lots of promise if they're able to lock in any of the top three acts on their list which includes Paul Simon, Tom Petty & Red Hot Chili Peppers. UPDATE: The High Tide Music Festival has been cancelled for 2012 but is likely to take place in 2013.
The 2011 Dew Tour was a huge success and is likely to return in 2012.
