Course 1: Paired with Basil Hayden's Small Batch
Bourbon braised 5 onion soup grantenee with ciabata crouton gruyere and smoked gouda.
Course 2: Paired with Knob Creek Small Batch
Field greens with toasted walnuts granny smith apples and montrachet cheese, served with cider-bourbon roasted shallot vinaigrette.
Course 3: Paired with Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight
Cuban pork & beans pork belly rubbed with spices, slow cooked and sliced, served with bourbon baked beans.
Course 4: Paired with Maker's 46
All natural tenderloin seared, glazed, and sliced over bourbon laced wild mushroom ragout and demi glace with a roasted potato medley and grilled asparagus.
Course 5: Paired with Jim Beam Devil's Cut
Cut pears poached in bourbon syrup, cooled and cored then stuffed with a sweetened mascarpone filling and topped with candied pecans.
