It’s where spectacular meets prestigious – A World Championship event for wildfowl carvers, collectors and visitors. Over 150 varieties of bird carvings – from decorative pieces of art to functional hunting decoys – are displayed under one roof.
Artists in 38 divisions compete for prize money totaling $70,000. Visitors can view the art, attend seminars by master carvers, buy carvings, shop at over 100 exhibits, and bid on carvings at a Saturday auction. Items on display include fine art work, folk art, jewelry, sporting goods, home décor items, and carving/art supplies. There is also a Kids Corner offering make-and-take projects for children.
