We are pleased to be affiliated with the Chaine des Rotisseurs. This is the oldest and largest international association of connoisseurs of fine food, first established in Paris, France in 1248. The Chaine, in the past 50 years, reorganized and reclaimed its seal as the hallmark of superior quality throughout the world. To be awarded with its seal is quite simply an honor.
